Tues, Sept. 22:
- Spaghetti and Meatballs: whole wheat spaghetti noodles, organic sauce and “Sneaky Chef” recipe!
- Whole wheat roll and butter
- Veggies and hummus: Make my own roasted red pepper hummus
Thur, Sept. 24:
- Pita Pocket w/ chicken and ranch: wheat pita with seasoned baked chicken, cheese, lettuce and a smear of ranch dressing.
- Applesauce: organic
- Yogurt: Stoneyfield lowfat vanilla
