    Mon, Sept. 21:

    • Bean n Cheese Burrito:  served on a whole wheat tortilla with refried black beans and cheese.  Herdez mild salsa will be available
    • Spanish rice
    • Chips and dip:  multi grain chips

    Tues, Sept. 22:

    • Spaghetti and Meatballs:  whole wheat spaghetti noodles, organic sauce and “Sneaky Chef” recipe!
    • Whole wheat roll and butter
    • Veggies and hummus:  Make my own roasted red pepper hummus

    Thur, Sept. 24:

    • Pita Pocket w/ chicken and ranch:  wheat pita with seasoned baked chicken, cheese, lettuce and a smear of ranch dressing.
    • Applesauce: organic
    • Yogurt: Stoneyfield lowfat vanilla
